Who cares about rain!? I think we need to take our fashion outside and tell the rain like ray j, "you ain't gonna tie me down!" It's water! Unless you are in a couture gown or something, are you gonna let a pair of rubber rain boots ruin your outfit? Stay out the puddles and into stilettos!
